Cleanbook is dispatch and scheduling for a small house-cleaning crew. This page says what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us.
What we collect
Account details you give us when you sign up (name, email, business name). Login is email and password, or an email magic link / one-time code. Job and schedule data you put on the board (houses, times, who is assigned). Billing details handled by Stripe when you pay. Device and log data needed to keep the app running (IP, browser, timestamps). SMS numbers you add for crew or client reminders.
How we use it
To run your board: sign you in, show jobs, assign the crew, send invoices, and fire SMS reminders you turn on. To keep the product up (security, abuse prevention, basic diagnostics). To email you about the account you asked for. We do not sell your data. We do not use your crew or client list for ads.
Retention
We keep account and job data while your account is open and for a short period after you close it, so you can export or we can finish billing. Stripe keeps payment records under its own rules. Logs rotate on a shorter cycle. Ask us to delete account data and we will, except where the law requires a keep.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the product: More → Account → Delete account on iPhone, or Settings → Account → Delete account on the web (client portal: Account). The confirmation lists what will be removed. Your login is deleted in the app. If you are the only owner of a business, that business and its schedule, clients, crew logins, and invoices are deleted, and any Cleanbook subscription for it is canceled. Crew and extra owners lose only their own login. A portal login goes away; the cleaner keeps the client record. Stripe keeps payment records required for taxes.
